Summiting Kilimanjaro on a cloudless full moon night, is supposed to be an unforgettable experience. The glaciers glitter in the moonlight and the whole spectacle is said to be absolutely stunning. For obvious reasons, having full moonlight also makes the final night climb to the summit a bit easier. In fact, planning our climb to coincide with the full moon dates should enhance the whole trek up the mountain, giving us some magnificent night views.
